CHAPTER I

1.      BACKGROUND

Education and money cannot surely be separated from human life. Moreover those are for the continuance in improving and developing the human life in the future. In this globalization era, people are demanded to know everything especially in advancement of technology in order to face global competition. It needs serious education to achieve what human need, people will leave behind without education and will not know the advancement this era. But, to support the quality education we need cost in order to study run well.

For the first part when human were born, maybe it did not need much cost to get education for parents, because in that time parents education is very important to build children’s characteristic and to make the children grown well.
