CHAPTER I
1.
BACKGROUND
Education and money
cannot surely be separated from human life. Moreover those are for the
continuance in improving and developing the human life in the future. In this
globalization era, people are demanded to know everything especially in
advancement of technology in order to face global competition. It needs serious
education to achieve what human need, people will leave behind without
education and will not know the advancement this era. But, to support the
quality education we need cost in order to study run well.
For the first part when
human were born, maybe it did not need much cost to get education for parents,
because in that time parents education is very important to build children’s
characteristic and to make the children grown well.
But, when the children
grew day by day, and they need to get education more not only at home but also
at school. In that time, money is needed to support what they need. So, it
becomes case that we have to get the solution which one more important between
money and education.
Hope, after knowing all
about them (money and education) with the explanation below, we can be wiser to
respect our life.
2.
PURPOSE
The purpose of making
this paper is besides to fulfill the assignment of speaking program, but more
than it, that is to know what money and education is, the function, the
connecting between money and education and how much they can influence human
life.
The main point is to
make us being more critical persons for some cases in our daily life and
improving our knowledge for speaking practice.
CHAPTER II
1.
EXPLANATION
Money
Money defined as
a tool for paying things or services (education) and the others wealth. It is
thing that can be brought to everywhere easily.
Education
According to Laurence J. Peter, Education is a
method whereby one acquires a higher grade of prejudices.
Like plants that could be shaped by cultivation, persons could be shaped
by education. There are many ways to shape persons, it may be by education of knowledge
and morality at home with their family, at school, and environment around them.
Those could shape their characteristic, thinking, and how to life well.
Jean
Jacques Rousseau told about it that Plants are shaped by cultivation and
men by education. We are born weak, we need strength; we are born totally
unprovided, we need aid; we are born stupid, we need judgment. Everything we do
not have at our birth and which we need when we are grown is given us by
education.
2.
FUNCTION
Money
As we know above
that money used to pay things or any services we need, to support human life in
fulfill daily need, it can be food, clothes, house, education, and the others.
In this era, to get everything need money. Money has become something that cannot
loose from human life.
Education
By education,
someone who does not know anything to be someone who knows everything, because
education give much knowledge and learning for people. Education also is the
way to get knowledge about morality or ethics, and requirement to prepare in
work field.
Moreover if
education is done at school, it can make the students be able to develop their
talents and creativity. Human can achieve the advancement in technology by
education.
3.
THE
CONNECTION BETWEEN MONEY AND EDUCATION
Education is an
expensive function, and therefore the connection between money and education is
a frequent issue. Local governments struggle with school budgets, homeowners
struggle to pay their property taxes and
schools, and parents struggle
with tuition costs. Just how does money relate to education?
The fact, money
is surely important for support human life. Money function development makes
the situation where the society have wealth, so they can buy everything for
improving their life savety. Money to be influence for human life.
There are many
young generations do not have school, the reason is because the education is so
expensive, so there are many jobless, criminality, and poverty everywhere. To
get the quality education need money in order to get good facilities and other
need. Although money can not give really good teachers and facilities, but the
difficult one is how to build and supply good teachers without money.
In other side,
education is also important for human life. We can imagine if the world without
education, that education has guided us to this culture, without education we
are impossible to be able to create difficult development to get technology
which makes easy our life way. Education is important to get the job and to
build good mindset and get knowledge to work. Education prepare human life in
the future, people can not manage money that they have without education or
knowledge how to make money more and more give the advantages for life. Malcolm
X as philosopher said that Education is our passport to the
future, for tomorrow belongs to the people who prepare for it today.
Although education can not give
directly the result or the advantages, but it will give the result when we are
in society.
So, money and education actually
have the close connection. People without education will blank, education will
not run well and will not get quality education if money does not support
enough.
CHAPTER
III
CONCLUTION
After
knowing the explanation above, we can conclude that between money and education
is in the same position as the important things for human life to improve and develop
human life, and to face this globalization era.
But,
money is not anything to make this life better in the future, because to defend
this life, human need to think cleverly in order not to leave behind than the
others. Money will be used up if we use it on and on, but education will always
increase if we apply it in our daily life.
CLOSING
Money and education to be something
closed with our life. People have their opinion about which one the most
important between of them.
Think for the future is better than
only think for the luxury that a while. And using what we have for something
useful in our life is better than use money only for our happiness.
That’s all my report about “money
and education”. May this paper will be useful for me and for the readers.
