There was something interesting, when one of my friends were doing micro teaching. 
When she checked the attendance list, she said, "who's called the name, please say the people whom you are thinking."
When it's my turn to answer, without doubt I said, "My father".

I think, this is one of ways to know the learners' psychology before teaching and learning process..

Let's Motivate Ourselves

Motivation is the reason we do what we do. It's what drives us to accomplish a task or goal. And it's what keeps us working towards that destination.Every person is motivated for different reasons. Even they are working towards the same goals. For the people who are intrinsically motivated  they have the power from within to make changes n work towards their goals. 

Be Patient!

You just need to be patient, and waiting for the miracle that Allah has planned for you.
Try not to draw and imagine, or guess someone who the best for you.

1.      BACKGROUND

Education and money cannot surely be separated from human life. Moreover those are for the continuance in improving and developing the human life in the future. In this globalization era, people are demanded to know everything especially in advancement of technology in order to face global competition. It needs serious education to achieve what human need, people will leave behind without education and will not know the advancement this era. But, to support the quality education we need cost in order to study run well.

For the first part when human were born, maybe it did not need much cost to get education for parents, because in that time parents education is very important to build children’s characteristic and to make the children grown well.

The starting point for all language teaching should be an understanding of how people learn. But it is too often the case that “ learning “ factors are the last to be considered. ESP has been particularly guilty in this regard. As we saw in the previous chapter, the overwhelming weight of emphasis in ESP research and materials has been on language analysis. Language factors, if considered at all, are incorporated only after the language base has been analyzed and systematized (see Munby, 1978 p.127). We have in effect, been more concerned with arriving than with the journey.
